Course Description:

eBuy New User Training. 

General training for new eBuy users will cover the following roles:

  • Shopper
  • Account Reviewer
  • Approver (includes Budget Assistant, Budget Administrator, Budget Executive, and PO Assistant)
  • Employee assigned to Invoice Confirmation Role

Curriculum will include:

  • Purchasing Web Site Tools
  • Logging in to eBuy
  • General site navigation
  • Setting up personal eBuy Profile (shipping addresses)
  • Selecting shopping budgets
  • Creating an eBuy “Catalog Order”
  • Creating an eBuy “Non-Catalog Order”
  • Checking out
  • eBuy Forms
  • Confirming Invoices
  • REBY
  • Approving Requisitions

    Class Size is limited to 25 participants. Class may be cancelled if attendance falls below 5.

    Parking is available in back of the Procurement Services Building (off Services Road). Orange lots accommodate most Faculty/Staff permits with the exception of Red CR.

    • Use of a conference room sufficient enough to accommodate class size.
    • Computer with internet access
    • Projector
    • Screen

    Online Training

    We are pleased to offer online eBuy training for 2018.  Below are dates and times that online training will be offered through June.  Please note that the training will be broken down into 3 topics.  Please register using the below links to attend the session.  Times for July through November 2018 will be announced at a later date.
