Course Description:

eBuy New User Training. 

General training for new eBuy users will cover the following roles:

  • Shopper
  • Account Reviewer
  • Approver (includes Budget Assistant, Budget Administrator, Budget Executive, and PO Assistant)
  • Employee assigned to Invoice Confirmation Role

Curriculum will include:

  • Purchasing Web Site Tools
  • Logging in to eBuy
  • General site navigation
  • Setting up personal eBuy Profile (shipping addresses)
  • Selecting shopping budgets
  • Creating an eBuy “Catalog Order”
  • Creating an eBuy “Non-Catalog Order”
  • Checking out
  • eBuy Forms
  • Confirming Invoices
  • REBY
  • Approving Requisitions

    Class Size is limited to 10 participants.

    Parking is available in back of the Procurement Services Building (off Services Road). Orange lots accommodate most Faculty/Staff permits with the exception of Red CR.

    • Use of a conference room sufficient enough to accommodate class size.
