A separate agreement, typically called a non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement, with terms governing one party's use of another party's confidential or proprietary information related to goods or services.
Contract Submission
- Processed by Central Procurement.
- If associated with a Purchase Order, attach the agreement to the Shop OnLion shopping cart; otherwise, submit the Procurement Contract Request Intake Form with the contract attached.
