Maintenance / Corrective Repair

Contractors are preapproved with labor rates and material mark-ups for services including, but not limited to, the following:

• Maintenance or preventative maintenance.
• Corrective maintenance/repair to restore or replace worn-out or failed equipment to function properly.
• Emergency services for immediate response for a contractor to be on-site, evaluate, and repair.
• Support, troubleshooting, and other services. 

Prevailing wage jobs are NOT part of this contract.

Awarded contractor(s) are provided a countersigned contract for small jobs from January 1 through December 31.
