The shopping cart creator or assigned substitute (DOCX) must inspect a delivery to match the quantity with the purchase order* in Shop OnLion. The system is unable to send a goods confirmation reminder.
Payment
Payments are released upon a three-way match of the purchase order, invoice, and goods confirmation and when supplier payment terms are met.
For example, Net 30 is 30 business days after the invoice date, and the three-way match is complete.
